What does Deskfull CRM cost?
₹1,00,000 one time, plus GST. The first year of maintenance is included. From year 2, maintenance is ₹15,000 a year and optional.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Check-in, bills and the room board work with no internet. Data syncs to the cloud when the internet comes back.
What computer do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 computer, or a Mac (macOS 12 or newer). A printer is optional.
What if I stop paying maintenance?
The software keeps working. Cloud backup, the owner app and online bookings stop.
Does it make GST bills?
Yes. It charges 5% GST on rooms up to ₹7,500 a night and 18% above, by itself. It prints the GSTIN and SAC code, and keeps the GST register.
Does it handle Form C for foreign guests?
Yes. It takes passport and visa details at check-in and warns the desk when a Form C is due or late.
Does it export to Tally?
Yes. One file for your accountant, with sales, GST and payments.
Is it in Hindi?
Yes. The desk screens work in Hindi or English. Each user picks a language.
